Our on-site jeweler performs a wide variety of jewelry repairs, including ring sizing, chain and bracelet soldering, prong repair, tightening loose diamonds and gemstones, replacing missing diamonds and gemstones, clasp replacement, refinishing and refurbishing, professional cleaning, and much more. If you're unsure whether your jewelry can be repaired bring it in for a complimentary evaluation.
Yes. Many antique, estate and heirloom pieces can be restored, although every piece is unique. We'll carefully evaluate the condition of your jewelry, discuss your options, and provide a complimentary estimate before any restoration work begins.
Yes. We take great care to protect every piece entrusted to us. During check-in, we photograph and document your jewelry including a detailed descriptions of its condition. If your diamond has a laser inscription, we record that as well. Every repair receives a unique claim number and we'll ask for your repair claim ticket when your jewelry is picked up to help ensure its security.
We recommend having your jewelry professionally cleaned and inspected every six months, especially rings worn daily. Regular inspections help identify loose stones, worn prongs, and other issues before they become larger repairs. We provide complimentary cleaning and inspections even for jewelry that wasn't purchased from our store.

No problem! If you've misplaced your repair claim ticket, please call or text us before coming in so we know to expect you or someone you've authorized to pick up your jewelry. We'll verify the pickup by requesting a valid government-issued photo ID before releasing your repair. These security measures help ensure your jewelry is returned only to you or your authorized representative.
